Grown in clay and limestone soils dotted with river pebbles, this wine is as delicate as it is profound—a true ethereal gem. With only 1,200 bottles crafted, it’s a rare experience.
The process begins with carbonic maceration, followed by 50% foot stomping after seven days. As fermentation nears its end, all grapes meet the gentle embrace of a pneumatic press. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked and left to rest in quiet contemplation before its final moment in the bottle.
The result? A wine that tells its story with every sip—earthy, vibrant, and undeniably timeless.
