Trousseau grapes from old bush vines are harvested by hand, crushed and macerated for 4 to 5 days. Fermented in chestnut vessels and aged for ten months in old french oak barrels. Perfectly balanced with a nice hint of integrated funk on the nose. Red berry fruit, great acidity and a touch of smoke. Only 911 bottles were made.
