Winemaker István Bencze works biodynamically and with minimal intervention, crafting wines that radiate purity, balance, and energy.

Hand-harvested and fermented with whole clusters using native yeasts, the wine is aged in old oak barrels and bottled without filtration. The result is delicate yet vibrant, showing aromas of wild strawberry, cherry, and subtle spice, with fine tannins and a cool, mineral backbone that reflects its volcanic origin.
