Reigen is a Berlin-based sake brewery located in the basement of a former bowling alley. Neighbor to @ernst.cave and @julius.ernst.berlin 🤤 Since 2024 they are crafting high quality European sake using the traditional Bodai-Moto method, an ancient fermentation technique that yields bold, funky, and complex flavors appealing to both sake enthusiasts and wine lovers.
This Sunday, we are inviting the @reigenfermentation team to @chenin.ams for an all day tasting in the shop. Come by to try bold, complex sake crafted in Berlin.
