Engrescada Ancestral White 2022 is a vibrant, fruit-driven pét-nat from Raïmones — the collaboration of the new generation behind Mas Candí, La Salada and RR Sadurní. Their mission: to revive the rare Marina grape (with less than 10 ha planted worldwide) and celebrate it in fresh, expressive sparkling wines.
This cuvée blends Marina with Pansa Blanca, naturally fermented and bottled using the ancestral method. It pours a golden hue with soft, lively bubbles and an aromatic profile that’s both bright and inviting.
