Made from a field blend of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch, farmed biodynamically and fermented spontaneously in large wooden barrels, this rosé is unfiltered, unfined, and bottled without additives. The result is subtle and refined, with notes of wild strawberry, rosehip, grapefruit, and gentle spice, carried by a fine mineral line and soft grip.
