A super juicy blend of red and white grapes from limestone and volcanic porphyr soils, giving the wine energy, acidity, and serious vibes. Think wild strawberries, rhubarb, chervil, and mint, with a hint of volcanic reduction. Whole bunches are pressed together, aged in a 2400L foeder for a year, and bottled without sulfites. It’s fresh, lively, and perfect for weekday sipping, boozy brunches, or soaking up the sun. Absolutely crushable!
