Posca Bianco is a perpetual white wine—a multi-vintage blend of Pignoletto and local varieties, continuously refreshed with the youngest vintage. It combines the mature depth of older wines with the crisp freshness of youth.
In 2005, Federico Orsi transformed Azienda Agricola San Vito into a biodynamic estate. His minimal intervention approach results in wines that are un-fined, unfiltered, and lightly sulfured only at bottling.
