Made from organically farmed Aligoté, the grapes undergo extended maceration on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral vessels. The result is an amber-hued wine with aromas of citrus peel, white tea, apricot, and subtle spice, framed by gentle tannins and a refreshing mineral edge.
