Made from a field blend of old-vine whites including Macabeu, Muscat and local Catalan varieties, naturally fermented with skin contact and bottled without additions.
This is the wilder side of Matassa: citrus-driven, aromatic, lightly tannic, and beautifully chaotic in the best way. A chilled, ultra-refreshing orange that disappears frighteningly fast.
