A charming blend of Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gemischter Satz, Idealiszt 2023 captures Liszt’s elegant, natural touch. With Sauvignon Blanc bringing gentle grip from skin contact, Pinot Blanc adding roundness, and Gemischter Satz tying it together, the result is harmonious, approachable, and full of character.
Hand-harvested in 8kg crates, matured in amphorae and oak, and aged on full lees until bottling, this Demeter-certified wine is unfiltered, bottled by gravity (16 mg/l sulfur). Balanced and bright at 12.5%, it’s as welcoming as it is refined.
