Sumoll, but make it wild. This juicy red from Ferran Lacruz (Bodega Clandestina) brings out the playful, rustic side of Sumoll — one of Catalonia’s most intriguing native grapes. Sourced from organically farmed vines near Sant Martí Sarroca, the grapes are fermented with native yeasts, bottled without filtration or added sulfites, and left to do their thing.

The result? A light-bodied, crushable red with tart red berries, wild herbs, and a whisper of spice. Slightly earthy, slightly funky — but oh-so drinkable. Chill it down and pair it with tapas, grilled veggies, or nothing at all.
