Pico Lunar Amphora 2020

Grown at an impressive 900 meters above sea level, this vineyard, established in 1988, benefits from a climate with significant temperature fluctuations between day and night, allowing the grapes to mature slowly and develop complex flavors. Fermentation is entirely natural, initiated by indigenous yeasts, and lasts for 15 days with skin contact in open barrels, enhancing depth and character. The wine is then aged for 14 months in amphora, lending it a refined harmony and balanced structure. This is a true winter wine, offering warmth, richness, and a taste of the vineyard’s unique terroir.
