Tanca Els Ulls Malvasia is a vibrant Mediterranean white, crafted by Cesc Boronat of Celler del Cesc, founded in 2014. This small family vineyard in Alt Camp, Tarragona, is farmed organically, embracing the environment and the essence of its surroundings. The Malvasia grapes grow on calcareous, loamy soils in the "Camí de Puigpelat" vineyard—a reclaimed 1-hectare plot with 15-year-old vines, surrounded by hazelnut, almond, and olive trees, and kissed by Mediterranean breezes. Producing just 6,000 bottles, this natural wine radiates joyful freshness and a subtle touch of salinity, embodying the spirit of the sea and soil.
