Same 65-year-old bush-trained Verdejo vines on stony red clay soils in Zamora as the Las Lomas Blanco, but taken in a completely different direction. Fermented spontaneously on its own skins in clay amphora and 700-litre plastic vats for a full month with indigenous yeasts, then transferred to used oak barrels for 12 months. The skin contact gives colour, grip, and aromatic complexity; the oak adds texture and depth without dominating. Cold stabilised and bottled February 2024. Just 900 bottles made.
