Josep and Rebeca have been quietly doing something important at Finca Mas Perdut: rescuing indigenous varieties from extinction on their 40-hectare farm in Santa Oliva, where former seabed soils give the wines a natural salinity and freshness. Marina Rion is one of Catalonia's rarest grapes — highly aromatic, low in alcohol, and almost never seen outside the region. Here it's blended with Malvasia de Sitges and Garnatxa Blanca and aged in amphora, which adds a subtle earthy texture without masking the grape's delicate character.
