Straw yellow with golden reflections, it opens with aromas of white peach, tropical fruit, and delicate buttery notes, lifted by refreshing citrus and a subtle volcanic minerality. The palate is refined and textured, with balanced acidity and a long, lingering finish of fresh herbs and a delicate touch of beeswax.
