Blanc de Blancs Les Vieilles Vignes is 100% Chardonnay vinified in small oak barrels. Disgorged as Brut Nature, this golden-yellow Champagne opens with a beautifully pure, fresh, elegant, yet dense bouquet of bright, ripe fruits intermixed with earthy notes. Wonderfully fresh to drink, this is a relatively light and finessed bubble but also quite intense and densely textured Champagne with a long, well-structured and nicely stimulating mineral finish.
