Produced in a small run of 1,000 bottles, it’s bottled in clear glass with a cork closure and just 8 mg/l sulfites added at bottling, keeping the wine pure and transparent.
Golden yellow in the glass, Helja delivers a gentle, comfortable acidity — refreshing without ever becoming sharp. Despite its low alcohol (9.5%), the wine carries surprising intensity and aromatic depth, making it both easygoing and intriguing.
