Its truly something special: fermented with indigenous yeasts, this Pet Nat undergoes a single fermentation in the bottle, trapping natural CO2 for lively bubbles. Aged on the lees for five months and low in sulphites, it’s unfiltered and free of additives, offering fresh, crisp flavors with a touch of complexity.
