The Majer Rouge from Slobodné Vinárstvo is a vibrant, cool-climate red made by this women-led natural winery in western Slovakia. It’s a non-vintage blend designed to be joyful, approachable, and unmistakably Slobodné — smooth, fresh, and full of life.

Blended each year from multiple vintages, it brings together Blaufränkisch (Frankovka), Alibernet, and Cabernet Sauvignon, all organically grown and naturally fermented. The wine matures across a mix of concrete eggs, stainless steel, fiberglass, and old oak, creating balance and consistency from year to year.

The result? A medium-bodied, easy-drinking red with notes of red berries, herbs, and subtle spice, equally at home alongside a meal or as an afternoon glass. As the team puts it:
