Andrej and Nadja direct-press 60% Moravian Muscat and 40% Müller-Thurgau, fermenting in stainless steel with completed malolactic fermentation for a soft, rounded mousse. 25% reserve wines add depth and continuity. Zero dosage at disgorgement, nothing added. The Moravian Muscat brings a distinctive aromatic lift — white flowers, peach, a touch of grapey sweetness — while Müller-Thurgau keeps things grounded and fresh.
