Solleone 2014

Solleone is an extraordinary orange wine crafted by Tenuta Grillo Winery from indigenous Sauvignon grapes. This exceptional wine undergoes a remarkable 60-day maceration on the skin, using native yeasts for spontaneous fermentation. Following this, it matures in steel tanks for a year before spending an additional five years in bottles, all without filtration. This meticulous process results in a wine of unparalleled character and depth.
