A vibrant island white with an Etna soul. Palmento Bianco 2023 is a mineral-driven orange wine crafted from a blend of Sicily’s indigenous grapes—40% Carricante, 30% Inzolia, 20% Grillo, and 10% Catarratto. Each variety is sourced from distinct terroirs across the island, from the high-altitude volcanic slopes of Etna to the limestone clay of Vittoria and the red earth of Marsala.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated for extra depth, this unfiltered and unfined wine is aged in a mix of oak and chestnut casks, preserving its raw character. Bright citrus, crisp acidity, and a touch of refreshing bitterness make this an elegant, food-friendly orange wine.
