Tarramoto 2024 by Lorenzo Raffiago is a radiant white wine from Sicily’s volcanic hills — energetic yet finely balanced, revealing the quiet power of its terroir.
A blend of Catarratto (50%), Zibibbo (20%), and Grillo (30%), the grapes are organically grown near Alcamo. Catarratto and Zibibbo ferment on their skins for a week before blending with direct-press Grillo, all with native yeasts and minimal intervention.
The wine shines pale gold with green reflections, offering aromas of lemon peel, jasmine, and white peach, alongside hints of dried apricot and sea breeze. The palate is vibrant and textural, showing fine tannins, bright acidity, and a mineral finish that hums with life.
