The Zweigelt vom Opok 2020 from Sepp & Maria Muster is a pure and soulful expression of Styria’s limestone–clay soils (“Opok”) and the couple’s thoughtful biodynamic farming.
Made from 100% Zweigelt, the grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, and aged in old oak barrels. The result is a beautifully balanced red — vibrant yet grounded, with notes of dark cherry, blackberry, forest herbs, and subtle spice, framed by fine tannins and a mineral backbone.
