The Bianco Nave 2022 from Vino di Anna is a luminous, mineral-driven natural white born from the volcanic soils of Mount Etna. Crafted by Anna Martens and Eric Narioo, it channels the raw, high-altitude energy of Etna into a wine that’s both expressive and precise.
Made from a field blend of Grecanico, Carricante, Catarratto, Minnella Bianco, and other native varieties, all organically farmed on volcanic ash and basalt, the wine is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and aged in neutral vessels. The result is a vibrant, saline white with notes of lemon peel, sea breeze, wild herbs, and smoky minerality, carried by bright acidity and subtle texture.
