The classic from Reims. Pork marinated for 24 hours in white wine, garlic, shallots and parsley, then baked low and slow until the crust turns deep gold. Around 250g, served with mustard.
2️⃣ Bojo Sutra 2026 · Sarnin-Berrux
Bright, crunchy red fruit with a fresh, easy pull. 100% Gamay from Beaujolais.
