The Modri Pinot 2021 from Vina Šuman is a bright, elegant, and naturally expressive Pinot Noir from the rolling hills of Štajerska in eastern Slovenia. True to the Šuman family’s hands-off philosophy, it’s a wine that speaks softly but with real character and depth.
Organically farmed and hand-harvested, the grapes are fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and aged in old oak barrels before bottling without filtration or additives. The result is light yet complex, with notes of red cherry, raspberry, and soft spice, lifted by fine tannins and fresh acidity.
