Hunty 2023 is a bold and playful pét-nat from Katla Wines, crafted by Jas Swan in the Rheinhessen region of Germany. This sparkling natural wine is a unique blend of 50% Huxelrebe, 25% Pinot Blanc, 20% Riesling, and 5% Regent—all sourced from Jas's winemaker friends. It’s vinified with a mix of semi-carbonic maceration and direct press before completing fermentation in the bottle for a lively finish.

Bursting with personality, Hunty straddles the line between orange and rosé wine. Expect vibrant notes of peach, grapefruit, cream soda, and baking spices, with herbaceous undertones and a salty, mineral edge. The touch of synthetic charm from the Huxelrebe adds to its quirky appeal, making it a refreshing, ice-cold treat for sunny afternoons.
