RIM Sarau is a natural red wine from Empordà, Catalonia, crafted by Jordi Esteve Xifra (RIM). Made from Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena grapes grown organically on slate soils, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and ages for 6 months in old oak barrels. It's a fruity, fleshy, and lively red that captures the essence of its timeless landscape.
