Somnis Serps Sidra 2023 comes from Catalunya and is made with a low-intervention approach, allowing the fruit to speak clearly. The blend of apple and quince adds an extra layer, with quince bringing gentle tannin and a slightly floral, honeyed note alongside the freshness of apple.
Lightly sparkling with a fine, soft fizz, it sits somewhere between crisp and a bit wild. Easy to drink, but with enough structure and savoury notes to keep things interesting.
