Cantine Rallo has been making wine in Marsala since the 19th century from their Baglio — the traditional fortified farmhouse of western Sicily, facing the Egadi islands. The Tule range is their natural expression: organically farmed Catarratto, hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel for up to 20 days, aged six months on lees without malolactic fermentation, bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur. The lees time gives it a spicy, chalky texture that makes Catarratto genuinely interesting.
