Livia 2022

A fresh, mineral white wine made from Muscat. From the Greek island of Samos, this is part of the wine project Jason Ligas undertook in collaboration with winemaker Patrick Bouju. The wine ages for half in 500-litre wooden barrels and the other half in steel. Minerality belies this big wine as complex as it is delicious - zippy acid but with a broad mouthfeel, savoury yet given to citric beauty in the palate. A supremely unique wine.
