Il Vinco's Mistione Bianco is a harmonious blend of indigenous white grapes, including Procanico, Rossetto, and Malvasia Bianca Lunga, cultivated in the vicinity of Lake Bolsena—inspiring the name "Mistione," signifying a blend or mix. These grapes undergo a two-day maceration on the skins within fibreglass vessels. Following this, the wine matures for six months in steel, all without the introduction of added sulphites. The result is a testament to the natural beauty and complexity that can emerge from meticulous winemaking practices.
