A sparkling Xarel·lo with roots in 50-year-old vines, crafted the ancestral way by Ferran Lacruz in the Alt Penedès. Fermented spontaneously and bottled before fermentation completes, this pet-nat ages 10 months on its lees, creating a fine mousse and creamy texture — all without any additives or sulfites.

On the palate: dry, fresh, and fruity, with orchard fruit and citrus zest carried on delicate bubbles. Elegant yet playful, Confiscat is perfect for aperitivo hour or light fare — and a love letter to natural sparkling wine done right.
