Sourced from the family’s only vineyard, this low-yield, hand-harvested wine is all about precision and minimal intervention. No added sulfites, no filtration, just wild fermentation and time. Expect bright citrus, orchard fruit, and a touch of clay-driven minerality, with a soft, creamy texture from the lees.
