It's a mix of 50% Trebbiano and 50% Malvasia. They ferment each type on its own in amphoras to really bring out what's special about each one. Trebbiano adds a minerally touch, while Malvasia gives off more of an aromatic vibe—together, they strike a really cool balance. You'll catch a whiff of citrus and nectarine right off the bat, followed by hints of thyme, acacia, and freesia. Taste-wise, it packs more punch. The fruit tastes super fresh, the acidity's just right. It’s an awesome orange wine!
