Idealiszt 2023 is built to be open and welcoming, while still carrying the natural character of Liszt’s wines. Each variety is handled differently: Sauvignon Blanc sees a short skin contact, Weißburgunder is partly fermented whole cluster, and Gemischter Satz is gently macerated before pressing.
Fermented across amphora and small and large barrels, and aged for 7 months, the wine comes together in a balanced, easy style with just enough texture and detail to keep things interesting.
