A light-footed red from Liszt, Touriszt 2023 shows how Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch can travel far beyond expectations. Made with semi-carbonic maceration and aged across wood and amphora, it delivers bright berry fruit, gentle spice, and a subtle herbal edge on an elegant 11% frame.
Hand-harvested in 8kg boxes, naturally fermented on skins with stems, and aged on full lees until bottling, this Demeter-certified wine is unfiltered, bottled by gravity (19 mg/l sulfur). Sophisticated yet playful, it shines best with a slight chill.
