This wine is sourced from a 1.5-hectare vineyard boasting 80-year-old vines nestled in clay and river pebble soils. It is surrounded by Mediterranean forest and perched 200 meters above sea level. The grapes undergo a complete 20-day skin fermentation, aged for six months, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. With only 225 cases produced, this wine epitomizes unique and artisanal craftsmanship.
