A sparkling Xarel·lo with roots in 50-year-old vines, crafted the ancestral way by Ferran Lacruz in the Alt Penedès. Fermented spontaneously and bottled before fermentation completes, this pet-nat ages 10 months on its lees, creating a fine mousse and creamy texture all without any additives or sulfites.
