This year, all grapes are sourced exclusively from Jordi’s estate, featuring a blend of 95% Garnatxa Negra and 5% Muscat. Both varieties are hand-harvested and undergo a brief 24-hour maceration, followed by gentle pressing and spontaneous co-fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is racked only once before being bottled, unfiltered and unfined. Light and vibrant, with lively aromas of candied cherry, rhubarb, and spiced blackcurrant. This vintage also reveals subtle earthy undertones and a hint of leathery spice for added complexity.
