Another amazingly delicious wild ale from Tommie Sjef made with Cabernet Franc and a touch of Kékfrankos red wine grapes. After maceration with the grapes, Tommie aged the beer further for another year and a half on a foeder that previously contained Amarone wine from Veneto, Italy. This rounded out the beer and gave it more complexity and depth. Jammy red fruit flavours with bundles of blackberry, cherry and raspberry zing. Perfect for further ageing for another 1-2 years. When drinking fresh, we recommend letting the beer open in the glass or decanter.
