Josep Maria and Rebeca farm their ancestral land in Santa Oliva on shallow clay soils packed with stones — conditions that stress the vines just enough to concentrate the fruit. The Mà — "the hand" in Catalan — is a blend of three indigenous varieties, hand-harvested and made with no added sulphites and minimal intervention in the cellar. The Xarel·lo Vermell brings a distinctive smokiness and aromatic lift; the Macabeu adds freshness; the Garnatxa Blanca rounds it out. Only 6,533 bottles made.
Straightforward in the best sense: a wine that tastes like somewhere specific.
