Zore means “dawn” in Slovak — a fitting name for this bright, expressive red that captures the freshness of the early harvest around Svätý Jur. Made from André, Blaufränkisch and Alibernet, the grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented, with a portion left as whole clusters to add lift, spice, and aromatic intensity. The wine is aged in neutral oak, keeping the fruit pure and the texture soft.
