Amor Per La Terra is a collaboration between Salvador Batlle Barrabeig of Cosmic Vinyaters, Jaume Jordà, a natural wine importer, and Xavi Rutia, a renowned restauranteur. This release showcases the winemaking expertise of farmer David Pujol Cargol. The 2022 vintage of 'La Vinya d'en Tomàs' is a blend of 85% Garnatxa and 15% Carinyena, sourced from the Masarac vineyard in Alt Empordà, which features sandy loam and alluvial soils. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and undergo carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks. The result is a playful wine with fresh blue and red fruits, hints of over-ripe pear, and vibrant citrusy acidity.
