The 2023 Pulmó de Mas Perdut is a playful Pet-Nat made from Xarel-lo Vermell and Macabeu grapes. Naturally co-fermented in steel tanks for 72 hours, the juice stays on the skins for added aroma, structure, and color. Bottled to ferment for 6 months, it finishes dry with natural yeasts and is later disgorged, without any additives or sulfites. This fizzy wine has a turbid orange-pink hue with intense aromas of orange peel and almonds. The palate is dry and exciting, offering crunchy fruit, zippy citrus, and earthy floral notes. Perfect for food or casual enjoyment with friends.
