The Devina 2021 from Slobodné Vinárstvo is a fragrant and textured skin-contact white made from the indigenous Slovak grape Devín — a crossing of Traminer and Müller-Thurgau. Crafted by this women-led natural winery, it’s a wine that embodies both freedom and finesse.
Fermented naturally with several days of skin contact and aged in the estate’s signature polyethylene “eggs”, it shows beautiful aromatic lift and structure. Expect notes of apricot, orange peel, chamomile, and spice, with gentle tannins and a long, mineral finish.
