Firri Firri 2020 is a radiant, volcanic Pantelleria rosé made from old bush vines grown on 50-year-old volcanic soils at 300m altitude. A natural field blend of Catarratto, Pignatello, and Inzolia, this vibrant wine undergoes whole-bunch maceration for three days, with fermentation and aging in vats.
The result? A striking, Poulsard-like hue, lifted aromatics of pomegranate, mandarin peel, and a hint of liquorice. Firri Firri 2020 delivers a juicy, textured palate with fine, refreshing tannins and a distinctive salty finish that reflects its island terroir.
